Morocco will face Cameroon in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations, after the match schedule for the knockout stage was confirmed.
The tournament organisers revealed that the Morocco–Cameroon clash will be played on Friday at 17:00 GMT, as the competition moves into its decisive phase.
Morocco booked their place in the last eight after finishing top of their group, while Cameroon secured qualification to set up a high-profile meeting between two of Africa’s leading sides.
The quarter-final is expected to draw major attention, with both teams targeting a spot in the semi-finals and keeping their title hopes alive in this year’s Africa Cup of Nations.
