Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of teenage left-back from Brazilian giants Cruzeiro in a deal worth €12 million.
The Bundesliga club have moved quickly to secure another young talent as they continue to invest in prospects with long-term potential. The deal sees Dortmund add a new option on the left side of defence, with the player arriving from one of Brazil’s most historic clubs.
The transfer fee has been confirmed at €12m, underlining Dortmund’s belief in the teenager’s ability and future value. It is another example of the German side’s strategy of identifying emerging players early and giving them a platform in Europe.
