li\u00e9s \u00e0 la finale.<\/p>\n<p>L'expert a soutenu que la question peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e par des plaintes formelles et des proc\u00e9dures juridiques fond\u00e9es sur le r\u00e8glement de la comp\u00e9tition et le cadre disciplinaire de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Africaine de Football (CAF).<\/p>\n<p>Il a expliqu\u00e9 qu'une telle d\u00e9marche n\u00e9cessiterait de rassembler des preuves document\u00e9es des incidents, d'identifier les responsabilit\u00e9s et de pr\u00e9senter un dossier structur\u00e9 aux instances comp\u00e9tentes, en commen\u00e7ant par les voies disciplinaires de la CAF avant d'envisager toute autre \u00e9tape juridique.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement de pousser \u00e0 un examen officiel du rapport de match et des documents connexes, tout en soulignant que des d\u00e9cisions d'une telle ampleur ne se prennent pas sous la pression publique mais par les institutions charg\u00e9es de faire appliquer les r\u00e8gles.<\/p>\n<p>Le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal a remport\u00e9 la finale de la CAN aux tirs au but apr\u00e8s un match nul et vierge, d\u00e9crochant ainsi le premier titre continental de son histoire, mais la pol\u00e9mique entourant les suites de la rencontre continue de susciter des d\u00e9bats.<\/p>\n<p>L'expert a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que le processus, s'il est engag\u00e9, doit suivre une
