Liam Rosenior has dismissed reports linking Cole Palmer with a move to Manchester United, insisting the talk has “come from nowhere” and branding the idea of Chelsea selling their star No.10 as “unrealistic”.
Speaking in response to the growing rumours, Rosenior made it clear he does not believe there is substance behind the speculation connecting Palmer with a switch to Old Trafford.
“It’s come from nowhere!” Rosenior said, as he pushed back against the claims.
Chelsea’s stance on Palmer has also been made clear, with the club’s boss describing any potential sale as “unrealistic” given the player’s importance to the team.
The comments come amid renewed attention on Palmer’s form and status at Stamford Bridge, with the attacking midfielder continuing to be viewed as a key figure in Chelsea’s plans.
