De competitie zal bestaan uit 18 topclubs die in \u00e9\u00e9n uniform competitiesysteem strijden.<\/p>\n<p>Het toernooi start in augustus 2026 en loopt tot mei 2027. Alle wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens een thuis- en uitformule, wat betekent dat elk team twee keer tegen elke tegenstander speelt \u2013 eenmaal thuis en eenmaal uit. Deze structuur zorgt voor in totaal 34 speelronden per seizoen.<\/p>\n<p>De kampioen wordt op een eenvoudige manier bepaald: de club die na alle 34 speelronden bovenaan de competitieranglijst eindigt, wordt tot winnaar van de Elite League 2026 uitgeroepen. Er is geen finale play-off wedstrijd; de titel wordt uitsluitend toegekend op basis van het totaal aantal behaalde punten.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de strijd om het kampioenschap bepalen de eindklasseringen ook de kwalificatie voor continentale toernooien. De teams die op de tweede en derde plaats eindigen, verzekeren zich van een plek in het prestigieuze AFC Champions League Elite-toernooi voor het volgende seizoen.<\/p>\n<p>Aan de onderkant van de ranglijst is het degradatiesysteem duidelijk.
