Victor Osimhen has not left the Nigeria national team camp in Morocco, despite reports suggesting he had departed.
Sources close to the Super Eagles camp confirmed that the striker is still with the squad and continues to follow the team’s programme in Morocco.
The same sources stressed that Osimhen has not travelled anywhere since joining the camp, and that there has been no official move to send him back or rule him out at this stage.
Nigeria are currently preparing in Morocco as part of their ongoing schedule, with Osimhen present alongside his teammates.
The clarification comes to end the debate around the Napoli forward’s situation, as the camp has remained focused on its preparations without any confirmed change to his status.
