The Saudi Arabian Football Federation has officially released the full match schedule for the 2025-2026 Roshn Saudi League season. The new campaign is set to kick off on Friday, August 22, 2025, and will conclude on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
The opening round of fixtures features a highly-anticipated clash as reigning champions Al-Hilal host their Riyadh rivals Al-Nassr in a blockbuster derby. Other notable matches on the first day see Al-Ittihad travel to face Al-Fayha, while Al-Ahli welcome Al-Taawoun.
The league will follow its usual format, with each of the 18 clubs playing 34 matches—one home and one away against every other team. The schedule accounts for breaks aligned with FIFA international match windows, ensuring minimal disruption for national team duties.
For fans across the region and the world, the broadcasting rights for the upcoming season have been confirmed. The SSC Sports network will remain the primary domestic broadcaster, carrying all matches live. Internationally, the league’s action will be available through DAZN in several key markets, including the Middle East and North Africa region, as well as in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, and Spain.
The release of the calendar allows clubs to begin detailed planning for their pre-season preparations. It also provides clarity for supporters marking their calendars for the major derbies and crucial fixtures that will define the title race, the battle for Asian qualification spots, and the fight to avoid relegation.
The 2025-2026 season promises another chapter of high-stakes football, building on the league’s growing global profile following a period of significant investment and high-profile player acquisitions.
