South Africa coach Hugo Broos has renewed his criticism of the organisation in Morocco at the Africa Cup of Nations, repeating comments that previously sparked debate during the tournament.
Broos again questioned the scheduling and logistical arrangements, despite Morocco being praised by many teams and observers for the overall running of the competition.
His remarks come as South Africa continue their Africa Cup of Nations campaign, with Broos insisting that some decisions have not been fair and that his team has not always been treated equally.
The Belgian coach had already made similar statements earlier in the tournament, but he has now returned to the same issue, drawing fresh attention to his stance on the Moroccan organisation.
Morocco has hosted the event under the Confederation of African Football’s supervision, with match venues, transport and timings set in line with CAF regulations.
Broos’ renewed comments have been viewed by many as unjustified, especially given the smooth running of fixtures and the positive feedback from a number of participating nations.
