Hanibal Mejbri has admitted that Tunisia are behind Morocco in football and believes the national game needs a complete rebuild “from zero”.
Speaking in comments carried by the media, the Tunisia international compared the current situation of Tunisian football with what Morocco have achieved in recent years, saying the gap is clear and that Tunisia must work to catch up.
Mejbri stressed that the solution is not quick fixes, but a long-term project that starts with rebuilding the structure of football in the country from the ground up.
“Tunisia is behind in football compared to Morocco, and we have to rebuild football from scratch,” Mejbri said, calling for serious work and planning to raise the level for both clubs and the national team.
