Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise have officially ended the contract of Morocco international Sofiane Boufal by mutual consent.
The decision was confirmed in an official statement from the club, which announced that the separation was agreed by both parties.
Boufal’s stint with Union Saint-Gilloise comes to an end with the club now moving forward without the attacking midfielder, while the Moroccan player becomes a free agent after the termination of his deal.
