Ivory Coast's player in white challenges Egypt's defender in red during an intense match, with fans in the background cheering.

Former Algerian referee Mohamed Draji said Egypt “have the qualities of champions,” praising the way they handled their clash and the big moments.

Draji also singled out Algerian referee Mustapha Ghorbal for his performance, saying he “managed the battle with authority” and kept control of the game in difficult situations.

He stressed that Egypt showed calm, focus and strong character, adding that these are the key signs of a team built for major titles.

On the refereeing side, Draji noted that Ghorbal took the right decisions and dealt well with pressure, helping the match flow without losing discipline.
