The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has issued a firm response to the Senegal Football Federation after complaints were raised about alleged problems linked to accommodation and training conditions.

In an official clarification, CAF denied that there were any issues affecting Senegal’s delegation, stressing that all arrangements were made in line with the regulations and the standards required for the competition.

CAF said the accommodation provided met the agreed requirements and that the training schedule and facilities were organized normally, rejecting claims that the team faced obstacles in this area.

The governing body also underlined that it remains in constant contact with the participating federations and the local organizing committee to ensure smooth logistics, adding that any concerns are handled through the appropriate official channels.

CAF’s statement effectively revealed the reality behind the “problems” mentioned, insisting that the situation on the ground does not match what was circulated and that the competition’s operational plan has been respected.
