Chelsea still without front shirt sponsor amid ongoing talks

Chelsea will begin the new season still without a front-of-shirt sponsor, despite the club holding ongoing discussions with what has been described as “multiple parties”.

The Premier League side have continued to play in a blank home kit through pre-season as talks go on, with no agreement yet in place for the main branding on the front of their shirts. It leaves Chelsea in the unusual position of heading into another campaign without a long-term sponsor secured for the prime space on their kit.

Those close to the situation have indicated that conversations are active, but no deal has been signed. The club are understood to be assessing options carefully, with the aim of landing the right commercial partner rather than rushing an agreement.

Chelsea previously ended last season without a permanent front sponsor and have so far kept their current kit clean while negotiations continue. The update confirms the club remain in talks with several interested companies, but there is still no announcement on when a deal could be finalised.

For now, supporters are set to see the team continue in sponsorless shirts, with Chelsea still working behind the scenes to secure a new front-of-shirt partner ahead of a busy season.
