AS FAR and Renaissance Sportive de Berkane (RSB) had to settle for scoreless draws in the CAF Champions League, with neither Moroccan side able to find a breakthrough in their respective fixtures.
AS FAR were held 0-0 away from home in a match where chances were limited and the contest stayed tight from start to finish. Despite periods of pressure, the Rabat club could not turn possession into goals, and the game ended without either side scoring.
RSB, meanwhile, also finished with a 0-0 draw, in a similarly cagey encounter. Berkane pushed for a winner but were met by solid defending and a lack of clear openings in the final third, leaving them to take a point.
Both results leave AS FAR and RSB with work to do as the Champions League campaign continues, after two matches in which the Moroccan representatives were unable to get on the scoresheet.
