Declan Rice banned from driving after two speeding offences

Declan Rice, in Arsenal's red and white kit, looks distressed with his hand on his head during a tense moment on the pitch.

Declan Rice has been banned from driving and fined after being caught speeding twice in the space of a week.

The Arsenal midfielder was dealt the punishment after the two separate offences were confirmed, with the court handing him a driving ban and a financial penalty. It has been revealed that the incidents happened within a seven-day period.

Rice, who has been a key figure for both Arsenal and England, will now be forced off the roads for the length of the ban as a result of the offences.

The decision means the 25-year-old must serve the suspension from driving in addition to paying the fine imposed by the authorities.
