The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed an Egyptian refereeing team to take charge of the upcoming match between Algeria and DR Congo.
The game will be played as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup African qualifiers, in a key meeting in the race for qualification.
Amin Omar has been named as the main referee for the fixture, with fellow Egyptians Mahmoud Abdel Razek and Ahmed Hossam Taha appointed as assistant referees.
CAF also confirmed Mahmoud Ashour as the fourth official for the match.
The appointments were revealed as CAF continued to announce the officiating crews for the next round of qualifiers across the continent.
