An Algerian football supporter has been sentenced to a month in prison in Rabat after urinating in public following Algeria’s match against Burkina Faso at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Afcon group game finished 2-2 and was played in Morocco.
According to local reports, the man was arrested after the incident and later appeared in court in the Moroccan capital.
He has now been handed a one-month jail term.
