Marc Guehi is set to complete a £20 million move to Manchester City after a medical was booked for the Crystal Palace defender.
The City deal has now moved to its final stages, with Guehi expected to undergo his medical shortly as the Premier League champions close in on another addition at the back.
The 23-year-old has been one of Palace’s standout performers and is now poised to make the switch to the Etihad Stadium, with the transfer fee agreed at £20m.
With the medical arranged, paperwork is expected to follow as City look to wrap up the signing quickly and integrate Guehi into Pep Guardiola’s squad ahead of the new season.
Guehi, who has continued to impress at the heart of Palace’s defence, would provide City with extra depth and competition in central defence as they prepare for another campaign across multiple competitions.
