Morocco are not planning to stay silent after the incidents that followed their match against Senegal, and the Moroccan camp is preparing to pursue the case through four disciplinary angles that could expose the Senegalese side to tough sanctions.

The move comes after Morocco viewed what happened as serious تجاوزات that need to be dealt with officially, with the expectation that the file will be taken to the bodies in charge of discipline.

First angle: Morocco are looking at the events linked to crowd behaviour, after reports of disorder and scenes that went beyond the normal limits of competition. The Moroccan side believe such incidents fall under disciplinary rules that can lead to heavy penalties.

Second angle: The conduct of some individuals within the Senegalese delegation is also being examined, with Morocco considering whether there were actions that could be classified as intimidation or aggression, which would open the door for strict measures.

Third angle: Morocco are also focusing on any possible damage caused around the match, including issues related to security arrangements and the aftermath of the final whistle, insisting that all details must be documented and presented through official reports.

Fourth angle: The Moroccan position includes the possibility of filing formal complaints supported by evidence, including videos and written statements, to strengthen their case and push for disciplinary action if violations are confirmed.

What has been revealed is that Morocco intend to build their complaint on four clear lines, with an approach that targets both organisational and behavioural breaches, in the hope that the competent authorities will take firm decisions after reviewing the full file.
