The Senegalese Football Federation has decided to comply with sanctions imposed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and has dropped its appeal against the decisions linked to the AFCON final.
The federation had previously moved to challenge the CAF rulings, but it has now stepped back from that process and will not pursue the objection any further.
The decision means the penalties handed down by CAF in relation to the final will remain in place, with Senegal choosing to close the file and accept the outcome.
