Dele Alli has been offered the chance of a sensational return to MK Dons as he continues his comeback bid.

The 37-cap England international is working his way back to full fitness after a long spell out of the game, with his career having stalled following a difficult period at Everton and a loan move to Besiktas.

It has now been revealed that MK Dons have left the door open for Alli to rejoin the club where he first made his name. The League Two side are ready to help him build momentum again, should he decide that a return to familiar surroundings is the right next step.

Alli came through the ranks at MK Dons and broke into the first team as a teenager before earning a move to Tottenham, where he enjoyed the most productive years of his career and became a regular for England.

While there is no confirmed agreement in place, the possibility of a homecoming has been put on the table as Alli steps up his efforts to get back to playing regularly.

The midfielder has spoken openly in recent times about his personal battles and his determination to copy the resilience he once showed on the pitch. He remains focused on finding the right environment to relaunch his career, with MK Dons now in the frame as a potential route back.
