Raja Casablanca players were assaulted by a section of their own supporters after the team’s defeat against CODM Meknès, in scenes captured on video and widely shared on social media.
The incident happened immediately after the final whistle, as angry fans moved toward the players and confronted them, with a number of the squad members coming under physical attack.
Footage showed moments of chaos around the players, while others tried to step in and pull teammates away to safety as tensions rose following the loss.
The video revealed that the confrontation escalated beyond verbal protests, with supporters reaching the players and attacking them in the aftermath of the result.
