Barcelona have been dealt a major setback ahead of their Copa del Rey semi-final against Atletico Madrid, with Marcus Rashford ruled out through injury.
The forward has picked up a knock and will not be available for the clash, leaving Barca short of an attacking option at a key point in the competition.
Rashford’s absence comes as Barcelona prepare for one of their biggest tests of the campaign, with a place in the final on the line against Diego Simeone’s side.
The club have not put a firm return date on the 26-year-old, but the injury is enough to keep him out of the Atletico tie, forcing changes to Xavi’s plans for the semi-final.
