Al-Nassr will begin its campaign on the road, traveling to face Sepahan in Iran during the first matchweek, scheduled for September 16-17, 2025. The double-header against the playoff winner comes next. Al-Nassr will first play away on October 21-22, 2025, before welcoming the same opponent to Saudi Arabia for the return fixture on November 4-5, 2025. The group stage concludes with two crucial home games in late November. Al-Nassr will host Sepahan on November 25-26, 2025, before finishing its group stage journey against Pakhtakor in Uzbekistan on December 2-3, 2025.
