Egyptian journalists walked out of the post-match press conference following Egypt’s game against Nigeria, in a show of support for national team head coach Hossam Hassan.
The reporters left the media room shortly after the conference began, protesting what they described as unjust treatment of Hassan.
The walkout came after it was revealed that the Egyptian Football Association had decided to prevent Hossam Hassan from speaking to the media in the press conference for the Nigeria match.
