A CAF source has revealed that the Senegalese Football Federation is set to face the toughest possible sanction following the incidents that took place during the Africa Cup of Nations.
The source said the case has been referred for disciplinary action, with CAF moving towards applying the strongest penalty available under its regulations.
CAF is expected to announce its official decision in due course, once the disciplinary procedures are completed.
