Cameroon’s former captain has said the Indomitable Lions must deliver two main things if they are to get the better of Morocco in their next test.
Speaking in a video interview, the former skipper stressed that Cameroon will need discipline and focus to deal with Morocco’s strengths and to avoid the small mistakes that can decide big matches.
He explained that Morocco have shown they can punish any lapse, especially in key moments, and that Cameroon must stay compact and fully switched on from start to finish.
The ex-captain also pointed out that Cameroon’s approach has to be balanced, with the team finding the right mix between defending well and being brave going forward when chances appear.
He added that respecting Morocco does not mean sitting back, but rather playing with control, keeping concentration high, and making the right decisions in both boxes.
