Cole Palmer responds to Chelsea exit rumours and homesick claims

Cole Palmer has hit back at talk he could leave Chelsea, brushing off claims he is unhappy in London and “homesick” after his move from Manchester City.

The England international, who joined Chelsea from City last summer, responded to the rumours on social media and made it clear he is not paying attention to the noise around his future.

“Everyone loves to chat rubbish!” Palmer wrote, shutting down the latest speculation linking him with an exit.

The comments arrived after reports suggested Palmer is struggling away from the North West and could look for a return closer to home, despite being one of Chelsea’s standout performers this season.

Palmer’s message served as a direct rejection of those claims, with the forward insisting the outside talk does not reflect reality.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have not indicated any change in their stance and Palmer remains a key figure in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad as the club push on through the run-in.
