Egypt head coach Hossam Hassan has hit out at the Confederation of African Football (CAF) over what he described as the handling of two Egypt internationals.
Speaking in a video shared widely on social media, Hassan questioned CAF’s approach and criticised the way the duo were treated, insisting the situation was not acceptable for players representing the national team.
The former Egypt striker did not hold back in his comments, stressing that Egypt’s players should be dealt with in a fair and respectful manner, and pointing to what he saw as a clear issue in how the case was managed.
Hassan’s remarks have sparked debate among Egyptian football fans, with many echoing his concerns and calling for clarity from CAF regarding the matter involving the two players.
