Inter Miami have officially completed the signing of Mexico international Germán Berterame from Monterrey in a deal worth $15 million.
The MLS club confirmed the move on Tuesday, adding another attacking option to Lionel Messi’s squad as they continue to shape their roster for the run-in.
Berterame arrives in South Florida after his spell with Monterrey, where he established himself as a key forward and earned Mexico recognition. Inter Miami moved to secure his services for a reported $15m, underlining the club’s intent to keep building a team capable of competing at the top end of MLS.
The transfer has now been made official, with Berterame set to link up with Messi and Inter Miami’s star-studded group as they push on with their season.
