Paul Mullin is back at Wrexham after his loan spell at Wigan Athletic was brought to an early end.
The striker, who has become a modern club legend for his goals during Wrexham’s rise, returned to north Wales with the agreement at Wigan cut short before its planned finish.
Mullin had joined Wigan on loan in a bid to get regular minutes, but he has now rejoined Phil Parkinson’s squad as Wrexham continue their campaign.
His return gives Wrexham another proven option in attack, with Mullin’s record at the club already making him one of the standout figures of the current era.
The move also confirms that Mullin’s time at Wigan will not continue, with the forward now set to focus fully on Wrexham again.
