The Royal Moroccan Football Federation has decided to take the case of Senegal’s withdrawal to both the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and FIFA, after the Senegal national team pulled out.
The FRMF is preparing an official file on the matter and will submit it to the continental body and the world governing body, seeking clarification and the necessary measures following the decision taken by the Senegalese side.
The move comes as Morocco looks to protect its interests and ensure that the situation is handled in line with the regulations in force, with the federation insisting on following the official channels to address the withdrawal.
